Transmission of Harmful Materials to a Minor-Lewd Conduct-Use of Computer to Solicit Minor Trever Gary Killette DOB 02_05_1988

Osceola County (November 6, 2020) On September 24, 2020, detectives with the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office Internet Crimes Against Children Unit were working to locate online predators. During the investigation, conversations began between a suspect later identified as Trever Gary Killette (DOB 02/05/1988) and an undercover detective posing as a 14-year-old child. During the online chat, Trever asked, who he believed to be a child, for nude pictures. Trever also sent the child two sexually explicit pictures of himself.

On November 4, 2020, Detectives with the ICAC unit contacted Trever who was cooperative with the investigation. Based on the investigation and evidence, an arrest warrant was obtained on Trever for 1 count of Lewd Conduct, 1 count of Use of Computer to Seduce, Solicit or Lure a Child and 2 counts of Transmission of Harmful Materials to a Minor. On November 5, 2020, an arrest warrant was obtained and Trever was placed in custody. Trever was transported to the Osceola County Jail with No Bond.
