Osceola County (November 19, 2020) On November 9, 2020, deputies responded to a residence off Disston Road in St. Cloud in reference to a report of an Armed Home Invasion. The 64-year-old victim was met at the front door by two men armed with firearms. The suspects forced their way into the residence and one of the suspects struck the elderly victim in the face with a pistol. The suspects entered the residence, held the victim at gunpoint, and later fled the scene. Members from the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office Robbery Unit identified Kevin Serrano and Hector Melendez-Figueroa as the two men who committed the home invasion. On November 14, 2020, detectives apprehended Kevin and Hector, who both cooperated with the investigation. The two are currently incarcerated at the Osceola County Jail on no bond for the charges of Armed Robbery Home Invasion and Aggravated Battery.
