Osceola County (October 15, 2020) From September 30, 2020 through October 9, 2020, detectives with the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office Internet Crimes Against Children Unit were working to locate online predators. During the investigation, conversations began between a suspect later identified as Jose Alejandro Martinez (DOB 3/22/1994) and an undercover detective posing as a 14-year-old female. On October 9, 2020, Detectives with the ICAC unit contacted Jose at his residence. Jose was cooperative with the investigation. Based on the investigation and evidence, an arrest warrant was obtained for Jose for one count of Lewd Conduct and 1 count of Use of Computer to Seduce, Solicit or Lure a Child. On
October 13, 2020, Jose was placed in custody for the warrant and transported to the Osceola County Jail with a $20,000.00 Bond.
