  • Monday – 8:30 AM-11:30 AM and 1:00 PM – 3:30 PM
  • Tuesday – 12:30 PM – 3:30 PM
  • Wednesday – Closed
  • Thursday – 8:30 AM – 11:30 AM and 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM
  • Friday – 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM

Prior to coming to Osceola County and if you are staying 3 or more days in the
aggregate during any calendar year.

You will be subject to registration for life when moving to the state of Florida per Florida State Statute 943.0435(11) and 775.21(6)(I). Your information will be submitted for review to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE), and they will determine your registration status.

Register Required Information Online Using FDLE’s Cyber Communication System (CCS)

Access the System:

  • Forgot your password? Call FDLE to reset it.

If You Are NOT Under Supervision (DOC or DJJ), You May Use CCS to Report/Update:
(within 48 hours of occurrence/change)

  • Internet Identifiers & Email Addresses
  • Phone Numbers
  • Employment Information
  • Campus Information
  • In-State Travel Residence (Sexual offenders only, per Case No. 4:21cv85-RH-MJF.
  • Note: Sexual predators must report travel per s. 775.21(6)(g)1.)

NEW: Effective Since October 1, 2024
If not under supervision, you may also report:

  • Vehicles Owned (within 48 hours of any changes)

Alternative Reporting:
You may also report any of the above information directly to the Sheriff’s Office.

  • Sexual predators under supervision must report per s. 775.21.
  • Sexual offenders under supervision must report per:
    • s. 944.607 (DOC supervision)
    • s. 985.4815 (DJJ supervision)

If You Are UNDER Supervision (DOC or DJJ):
You must report updates to your probation/parole officer. Ask your officer if you are eligible to use CCS.
