Osceola County (August 21, 2020) On June 16, 2020, the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office received a cyber tip from NCMEC (National Center for Missing and Exploited Children). Detectives with the ICAC Unit (Internet Crimes Against Children) began an investigation into the cyber tip. Detectives obtained probable cause to obtain a search warrant for 6925 Greenhorn Path, Saint Cloud, FL. Based on evidence seized from the search warrant, an arrest warrant was obtained for Matthew Douglas Brown for 10 counts of Possession of Child Pornography. Brown did not cooperate with the investigation. On August 19, 2020, Mr. Brown turned himself into the Osceola County Jail with a $10,000.00 bond.
