On Wednesday, June 29, 2022, the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office responded to the area of Royal Palm Drive and San Blas Avenue, Kissimmee, FL regarding the report of a robbery. During this investigation, it was discovered that two male suspects occupying a silver Toyota Camry followed the 85-year-old female victim from a closed bank located in the Buenaventura Lakes area. Once in the area of Royal Palm Drive, the suspects drove beside the victim and flagged her down asking for money. The victim pulled over and one of the male suspects approached her window and asked for money for gas. While interacting with the female victim, the male suspect reached inside her vehicle, snatched her gold necklace from around her neck, and fled back to the awaiting Camry. During this investigation, one of the suspects was identified as Alejandro Torres-Rosado on 01/22/1992. Mr. Torres-Rosado was located and apprehended by Detectives.
Mr. Torres Rosado was arrested and booked in the Osceola County Jail.
