On May 3, 2022, at 1143 hours, registered Sex Offender, Jarel William Hurley (DOB: 06/17/86) cut off his GPS ankle monitor and absconded. He was last seen in the area of Thacker Avenue headed westbound on Vine Street in Kissimmee. He was wearing a light blue tee shirt with black trim, jean shorts, ankle socks, and sneakers. His right and left arms are full sleeve tattoos, he has musical notes behind his ear, on the fingers of his left hand are the letters “F-A-M-E” and on the fingers of his right hand are the letters “5-F-P-D.” A warrant is being sought for his arrest in reference to Tampering with a Monitoring Device as well as Violation of Probation.
