Sheriff Christopher A. Blackmon and the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office are asking for the community’s help in locating Rafael Burgos-Serrano.
Rafael was last seen on November 19, 2025, at approximately 9:40 a.m. in the area of the Parkway Motel on West Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway in Kissimmee. He was on foot at the time.
