On March 28, 2022, Osceola County Sheriff’s Office deputies received a report of a sexual battery on a child (22I032244). Detectives with the Special Victims Unit responded and interviewed the child victim who disclosed being sexually battered over the course of 8 years across multiple jurisdictions including Osceola County.
Based on the investigation, detectives found probable cause to charge Mr. Muse with 10 counts of Sexual Battery on a child 12-18 years old. On March 30, 2022, an arrest warrant was issued and signed for Bobby Joe Muse for the crimes that occurred in Osceola County. He was arrested on March 30, 2022, and is being held on no bond at the Osceola County Jail.
