Osceola County (May 12, 2021) On February 22, 2021, the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office was notified by the National Center of Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) of an incident regarding child sexual exploitation material. Detectives with the Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) unit began an investigation into the incident.
On May 11, 2021, Detectives with the ICAC unit served a search warrant at 8411 Meer Way, Apartment 201, Kissimmee, FL regarding this incident. The suspect was identified as, Nicholas Braxton Gittings, (DOB 10/23/1996). Mr. Gittings was cooperative with the investigation. Based on evidence obtained during this investigation, Mr. Gittings was charged with 10 counts of Possession of Photo/Video of Sexual Performance by a Child. Mr. Gittings was arrested and booked into the Osceola County Jail with a $25,000.00 bond.
