Details: Luisa was last seen at her residence at approximately 7:30 PM. Surveillance video captured Luisa traveling southbound from her subdivision on foot. She was last seen wearing a gray long-sleeved shirt with a bear on the front, gray pajama pants, and black flip-flops.
