Major Kevin Wilkinson is a native Central Floridian with a passion for law enforcement. Graduating from the J.C. Stone Law Enforcement Academy in 1992, he began his career in road patrol and excelled in property crime investigations and tactical street crimes. Throughout his diverse experience, Major Wilkinson has served as a canine handler, a member of the Emergency Response Team, a tactical flight officer, an Honor Guard member, a member of mounted patrol, and a part of the school safety division. Rising through the ranks, he has held positions as a deputy, field training officer, sergeant, lieutenant, captain, and team commander, and now serves as a respected major. Major Wilkinson’s dedication to public safety and his community is unmatched, as he continues making a lasting impact throughout his remarkable career.
