Captain Jacqueline Molzer

Captain Jacqueline Molzer brings 26 years of law enforcement experience and a diverse background in operations, investigations, training, and leadership. A Florida native, Captain Molzer holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and has completed the SPI Command Officer Development Course and the Florida Sheriffs Association Women’s Leadership Academy.

Throughout her career, Captain Molzer has served in a variety of assignments, including Patrol, Field Training Officer (FTO), Traffic and DUI Enforcement, the Narcotics Enforcement Team, Persons Crimes Investigations, and Internal Affairs. Her extensive experience across multiple disciplines has provided her with a comprehensive understanding of law enforcement operations and organizational leadership.

After serving in a variety of deputy and specialized assignments, Captain Molzer was promoted through the ranks, first serving as Sergeant in Internal Affairs before transitioning to Patrol as an FTO Sergeant. She later advanced to Patrol Lieutenant and ultimately to Captain, where she now oversees critical operational functions and supports the agency’s mission of public safety, accountability, and professional excellence.

Her accomplishments include multiple Employee of the Month recognitions, several DUI Officer of the Year awards, and numerous commendations related to human trafficking investigations and enforcement efforts. She also played a key role in implementing updated Use of Force tracking software and enhancing internal employee reporting processes, helping improve accountability and operational efficiency throughout the agency.

Born in Florida, Captain Molzer remains committed to serving her community and mentoring future law enforcement leaders. She is engaged and the proud parent of one child.
