Captain Boisclair started his law enforcement career in 2001 with the Kissimmee Police Department, then transferred to the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office in 2003. While on patrol, Captain Boisclair became a field training officer before transferring to the special operations divisions in 2005. Captain Boisclair spent eight years as a canine handler and narcotics agent in Special Operations. In 2013, he was promoted to Sergeant, where he supervised west patrol and later the DEA HIDTA task force. Captain Boisclair was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant, where he supervised patrol and the special operations division.
Captain Boisclair takes excellent pride in additionally serving on the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office SWAT Team. Captain Boisclair has served as an operator, assistant team leader, and team leader and is currently the agency’s SWAT Commander.
Captain Boisclair has an associate’s degree from Columbia College, attended Valencia College Public Safety Leadership Development Program, and graduated from the Federal Bureau of Investigations National Academy, Session 287.
