On November 23, 2021, a residential search warrant was conducted at 2506 Lanier Rd, Kissimmee, FL for a child pornography investigation. During the search on the residence, we found items of drug paraphernalia, approximately 20 grams of cannabis, scales, 1.3 grams of Heroin/Fentanyl, 80 ounces of liquid methamphetamine, Xanax pills and several LSD strips.
Arrested- Jose Manuel Goden Ponce (09/03/1984)- F.S.S. 893.135(1(F)(1) Trafficking in methamphetamine 14 grams or more, F.S.S. 893.135 (6)(A) possession of a controlled substance without a prescription (Xanax), F.S.S. 893.135 (6)(A) possession of a controlled substance without a prescription (LSD), and F.S.S. 893.135 (6)(A) possession of a controlled substance without a prescription (Heroin).
