On October 22, 2021, a Battery Incident occurred at Liberty High School, 4250 Pleasant Hill Road, Kissimmee, Florida. On October 27, 2021, the incident was brought to Law Enforcement attention – Osceola County Sheriff’s Office. From the Battery Incident, 3 juveniles were identified, and charges were filed against them. An Affidavit of Prosecutorial Summary was completed and forwarded to the State Attorney’s Office.
