ARRESTED FOR POSSESSION OF CHILD SEXUAL ABUSE MATERIAL
Osceola County (July 2026) The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Unit conducted an investigation after receiving information concerning suspected online child exploitation activity. During the investigation, detectives identified David Daniel Martinez as a suspect.
On July 21, 2026, detectives executed a court-authorized search warrant at a residence in Kissimmee, Florida. Martinez was arrested and booked into the Osceola County Jail on charges related to possession or control of child sexual abuse material, unlawful use of a two-way communication device, use of a computer or electronic device to solicit a person believed to be a minor, and transmission of material harmful to minors.
Martinez is no stranger to the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office ICAC unit, having previously been arrested in 2023 for ten counts of possession of child sex abuse material. As a result of the 2023 arrest, Martinez was subject to probation which concluded December of 2025.
This remains an active investigation. To protect the integrity of the case, no additional investigative details are being released at this time.
