On January 22, 2026, Osceola County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to Grassendale Street in Windsor Hills Resort, Kissimmee, following reports of a man exposing himself in front of a residence. Witnesses provided statements and a cell phone recording showing a partially clothed male engaged in inappropriate conduct. The suspect left before deputies arrived.
Further investigation revealed that the suspect and his wife are listed as hosts of Airbnb properties on Grassendale Street and Almaton Loop, both in Windsor Hills Resort, Kissimmee, Florida. The deputy also reviewed a complaint from January 21, 2026, regarding a nude male in a shared hallway. The resident provided ring camera footage of the incident.
The deputy canvassed Almaton Loop and obtained additional statements from residents reporting similar behavior by the suspect. These incidents had been reported to the HOA in December. Residents also provided Blink video footage showing the suspect partially clothed or nude in the hallway. The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office issued a warrant for the suspect, who resides in Oviedo, Florida.
Kevin Dale Westerhold (08/07/1974) of Oviedo, Florida, was arrested near his residence by the Oviedo Police Department at the request of the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office on January 27, 2026, and booked into the Seminole County Jail. He is charged with exposure of sexual organs. Deputies request that anyone with information about additional incidents contact the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office.
