Teresa Hart was 34 years old when her deceased body was located on South Lake Avenue, near Narcoossee Road on September 16, 1993, at approximately 7:30 pm. Teresa resided in Orlando but would take the bus to travel to Osceola County. She was known to visit the Brass Rail Bar, located at the corner of Starline Road and Narcoossee Road. The bar is no longer there. Her body was found dumped on the dirt road and it is believed that she was killed in the location she was found.
