On August 15, 2025, Osceola County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a report of lewd and lascivious behavior that occurred at the bus stop near 5725 W. 192 in Kissimmee. A 16-year-old high school student reported that a black Lexus sedan slowly pulled up next to her after getting off her school bus and asked if she wanted to make $100. As he asked the victim about making money, he exposed his sexual organs. While investigating this incident, deputies located another juvenile victim at a neighboring location who reported a similar encounter with the suspect.
Special Victims Unit detectives investigated the area and identified Jose David Gonzalez-Rivera as the suspect. Detectives sought and obtained an arrest warrant charging Jose David Gonzalez-Rivera with one count of exposure of sexual organs, a violation of FSS 800.03-1A. Jose David Gonzalez-Rivera was arrested on August 19, 2025, and booked into the Osceola County Jail.
This event was isolated to this location, and there are no other known victims. However, since it did occur at a school bus stop, this suspect may have approached other people in a similar manner.
