On July 19, 2025, the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office responded to a 911 call reporting that a male had been stabbed in the chest at the Westgate Vacation Villas, located at 7700 Westgate Boulevard, Kissimmee. Upon arrival, the male was identified as Harold Mundy (DOB 7/26/63). Mundy was quickly transported to Celebration Hospital by ambulance, where he was later pronounced deceased.
Mundy’s fiancée, Jameilah Goodine, stated that they were involved in a heated argument, during which she held a knife towards Mundy in what she claimed was an act of self-defense. The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office Homicide and Forensic Units were dispatched to the scene to continue the investigation.
On July 20, 2025, the Homicide Unit obtained an arrest warrant for Jameilah Goodine, charging her with second-degree murder and tampering with physical evidence. She was subsequently arrested and booked into the Osceola County Jail.
