Battery Incident at Liberty HS

On October 22, 2021, a Battery Incident occurred at Liberty High School, 4250 Pleasant Hill Road, Kissimmee, Florida. On October 27, 2021, the incident was brought to Law Enforcement attention – Osceola County Sheriff’s Office. From the Battery Incident, 3 juveniles were identified, and charges were filed against them. An Affidavit of Prosecutorial Summary was completed and forwarded to the State Attorney’s Office. Any further information should be addressed with the State Attorney’s Office.
