Imtiaz Khan –
Chief Management Officer
Imtiaz “Fazie” Khan is a thirty-seven year resident of Central Florida. He graduated Brevard Community College (Eastern Florida State College) with his AA degree and then earned his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and his Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida. He is a Certified Public Accountant and has the following certifications – CGFO, CGMA, MBA. Fazie has worked in Local Government for the past thirty-one (31) years serving as Comptroller, Assistant Controller, Financial Services Director, Finance Manager, and Accounting Manager. During that time he has worked for the City of Orlando, Osceola County, Greater Orlando Aviation Authority, Brevard County Schools and Brevard County. He served as President of the Brevard County Chapter of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and twice as President of the Central Florida Chapter of the Florida Government Finance Officers Association. In 2017 Sheriff Russell Gibson appointed Fazie as the Chief Management Officer of the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office.
The Chief Management Officer with the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office oversees the operations of the Human Resources Department, the Finance Department and the Information Technology. He prepares and monitors the Sheriff’s Office Budget and Financial Statements while advising the administrative staff on matters involving budgets, financial operations, risk management and human resources.
