Three Counts of Lewd & Lascivious Molestation
Osceola County, Florida – Osceola County Sheriff’s detectives arrested Jennifer Espinoza and charged her with three counts of Lewd & Lascivious Molestation and 1 count of Battery.
The investigation began on February 16 when deputies responded to America’s Best Inn located at 5150 W. Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway. The initial call was in reference to a possible child abuse allegation which was determined to be a child custody issue.
While on scene, an individual approached deputies with information Espinoza may have inappropriately touched 4 male juveniles at the motel. Deputies spoke with the juveniles, ages 14-16. The juveniles told deputies over the past few weeks, Espinoza sent them explicit text messages and on at least one occasion, inappropriately touched each of them. All four juveniles recounted similar stories and told deputies Espinoza made advances toward them but they were too embarrassed to tell their parents. Once the parents were notified of the allegations, they indicated they wished to prosecute.
Based on their statements, Espinoza was brought in for questioning. She initially did not cooperate with the investigation, but later did admit to sending text messages and inappropriately touching the juveniles. Based on her statements and the victims’ information, Espinoza was arrested and booked into the Osceola County Jail.
