Osceola County, Florida – On January 27 at approximately 1:14 a.m., Osceola County Sheriff’s deputies responded to 3034 Stillwater Drive in Kissimmee.

Upon arrival, deputies spoke with a neighbor who indicated he saw two unknown males, later identified as Daniel Ramdass and a 17-year old juvenile, at the residence.

When the neighbor confronted the suspects, they told him they lived there, but the neighbor knew that residence was vacant, and the owner lived out of the state. Ramdass and the juvenile fled the area.

A short time later, deputies located the two individuals and took them into custody. Ramdass did not cooperate with the investigation. Based on the neighbor’s statement and evidence, Ramdass was arrested and charged with Unoccupied Burglary, Criminal Mischief and Resisting Arrest Without Violence. He was booked into the Osceola County Jail. Charges were forwarded to the State Attorney’s Office for review regarding the juvenile.
