Osceola County (December 31, 2019) On 12/29/2019 at approximately 12:30 P.M. a female victim was parked at the front of the Hope Thrift Store located at 5943 West 192 in Kissimmee, when she was approached by a male subject. The victim was leaning into her parked car when she felt the suspect push up against her telling her to, “Be quite and get into the car.” The victim began to yell and the suspect bear hugged her. The victim was able to break free and run for help. While getting help, the suspect went into her car and stole her wallet. As the suspect walked away, he took approximately $50-$200 in US currency and discarded the wallet. The suspect fled riding a red and black bicycle traveling east on U.S.192. The suspect was described as a dark skinned male, with dark brown eyes, dark short hair, and was unshaven. The suspect was wearing a grey hooded jacket with light grey sweatpants with a black stripe down the side of the legs. Provided is a picture of the actual suspect as he is fleeing the scene on his bicycle.
