Public’s Help Needed Locating Missing 16-Year Old

Osceola County, Florida – Osceola County Sheriff’s detectives need the public’s help locating Felix X. Martinez, 16. Felix was last seen on November 13 at approximately 11:00 p.m. by his foster family who reside on Fortune Road in Kissimmee. The next morning, they discovered he was not in his room at 7:30 a.m.

Felix has run away from foster homes in the past. He has type 2 diabetes and takes medication which his foster family indicates was left at the residence.

Felix is described as a 16-year old Hispanic male, approximately 5’8”, 198 lbs. with brown eyes and brown hair. He was last seen wearing a black/red jacket, black jeans and black work style boots. In addition, he was has a light blue skateboard in his possession.

Calls made to Crimeline remain anonymous, and tips that lead to the felony arrest of suspects and/or the recovery of stolen property and drugs are eligible for cash rewards of up to $1,000.
