Lewd and Lascivious Exhibition
Osceola County (August 23, 2019) On August 18, 2019, at approximately 1300 hours, a juvenile victim was standing outside of the Aldi’s Grocery Store located at 1040 Buenaventura Boulevard in Kissimmee. The suspect drove up to the victim in a silver 4-door sedan (possibly 2002-2010), with no tinted windows. The suspect made eye contact with the victim as he exposed himself from the waist down, and proceeded to manipulate himself in front of the juvenile. The victim immediately looked away and the male left the area in an unknown direction. The male was described as a 20-30-year-old Hispanic male, short dark hair, no facial hair, dark eyes, and wearing diamond stud earrings in both ears.
