Osceola County (December 28, 2019) On 12/27/2019, at about 10:44 P.M., the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office responded to 1131 Doncaster Court in reference to a report of a shooting. When deputies arrived they found Jonathan Ducos (victim) on the roadway in front of the residence with an apparent gunshot wound. He was transported to Poinciana Medical Center and pronounced deceased a short time later. The suspect was identified as the victim’s brother, Alberto Ducos Jr. The victim and suspect were engaged in a verbal argument that quickly escalated, leading up to the suspect firing one shot at the victim. The suspect fled the scene prior to deputies’ arrival and was last seen driving a 2016, white Chrysler 300 (FL tag-NEZI41). An arrest warrant for 2nd Degree Murder has been obtained for Alberto Ducos Jr. He is described as a Hispanic male, 34 years of age, 5’10” tall, weighing 250 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. It is believed the suspect may attempt to travel to the New York area.
