Exposure of Sexual Organs
Osceola County (December 23, 2019) On 12/21/2019, at about 6:00 P.M., the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office responded to 4971 Calypso Cay Way in reference to a report of a male performing lewd acts on himself in the pool area of the Hampton Inn Suites. When security staff confronted the suspect he fled the property. The suspect, later identified as Ruben Antonio Beachamp, was followed by security until deputies arrived. Beauchamp was discovered hiding in a shed located on CenturyLink property at 3080 Vineland Road. Deputies located Beauchamp and was taken into custody after a brief standoff of refusing to obey lawful commands by arresting deputies.
Hotel security staff advised that Beauchamp has been observed on their property in the past exhibiting the same behavior. Beauchamp has been charged by this agency in the past for similar incidents, where he is observed performing lewd acts on himself, in public settings such as hotel pools. After his arrest, Beauchamp did not cooperate with the investigation. Beauchamp was arrested for Burglary to a Structure for entering CenturyLink property without permission and Resisting Arrest without Violence. The investigation into the Exposure of Sexual Organs is still ongoing.
