Child Abuse / Lewd & Lascivious Arrest
Osceola County Sheriff’s Office received a sexual battery report on June 11, 2017. The investigation revealed that Harold Robert Earnst, 53 years of age, committed sexual battery and lewd acts on a 15-year-old female victim. Earnst was arrested on June 16, 2017 for;
One count – Sexual Battery Victim Under 18 Years Old
One count – Attempted Lewd and Lascivious Molestation of a Person Under 12 Years of Age
Three counts – Lewd and Lascivious Battery victim 12-16 Years Old
One count – Lewd and Lascivious Exhibition, one count – Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor, and
One count of Transmission of Material Harmful to Minors to a Minor by Electronic Device.
