Charges Filed for Individual Who Exposed Himself
Osceola County, Florida – Osceola County Sheriff’s detectives are making the public aware of a suspicious incident in which a individual exposed himself. Charges against Jonathan Pagan (DOB 12/19/89) for Exposure of Sexual Organs were forwarded to the State Attorney’s Office.
The investigation began on August 17 when deputies took a report regarding a suspicious incident. They spoke with two females who indicated they were riding their bikes in the area of Steward Boulevard and Pleasant Hill Road when they saw an unknown male, later identified as Jonathan Pagan, sitting in a vehicle parked in the turning lane. When they rode by, the females saw Pagan partially undressed and inappropriately touching himself. When he saw the females he drove away. A short time later, they were approaching the Eagle Lake subdivision and saw Pagan parked at the entrance. The females were able to take photos of his vehicle which helped detectives identify him.
On August 21, Pagan was brought in for questioning. He cooperated with the investigation and told detectives he was partially dressed in his vehicle, but did not admit to inappropriately touching himself. Based on his admission and the witnesses’ statements, Exposing Sexual Organs charges were forwarded to the State Attorney’s Office this week.
