Osceola County (2/17/20) – On February 13, 2020, a stolen vehicle and approximately 25 vehicle burglaries occurred in the community of Harmony, Florida. Some vehicles were burglarized by the suspects breaking car windows but most occurred by the suspects opening unlocked car doors. Osceola County Sheriff’s Office East Property Crime detectives started their investigation and soon identified several suspects in this case. Detectives arrested 4 suspects and 3 of the 4 were involved in the burglaries. Detectives were able to recover several stolen items stolen from the Harmony burglaries. The three males pictured below were arrested and transported to the Juvenile Detention Center in Orlando. This investigation continues and additional charges or arrests may be forthcoming.
The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office reminds residents to lock their vehicles and make sure not to leave any valuables in a vehicle. Over 70% of vehicle burglaries occur from unlocked vehicles!
