Arrest for Transmission of Harmful Materials

Osceola County, Florida – Osceola County Sheriff’s detectives arrested Dale Carl Miller and charged him with 3 counts of Transmission of Harmful Materials to a Minor.

The investigation began in late May when detectives received information Miller may be inappropriately communicating with minors. Based on this information, detectives began chatting with Miller on-line, pretending to be a 14-year old girl. They had numerous conversations with Miller and during the chats, on 3 separate occasions, Miller sent inappropriate photos to whom he thought was a minor.

On July 26, detectives obtained a felony warrant for Miller’s arrest. They located him at his residence and was taken into custody. During the interview, Miller cooperated with the investigation and based on his statements, Miller was arrested and booked into the Osceola County Jail.
