Armed Robbery Arrest of Jimmy Scurry
On June 15, 2017, at approximately 1:25 AM, Osceola County Sheriff’s deputies responded to the Circle K (2688 Simpson Road in Kissimmee, FL) in reference to an Armed Robbery. A black male entered the store and immediately approached the night shift clerk, striking her in the face. The suspect brandished a knife and demanded money from the register. The suspect fled the store with an undisclosed amount of money. After a complete investigation detectives identified Jimmy Scurry D.O.B. 4/11/75 as the suspect. Scurry was arrested on an arrest warrant on 7/13/17 for; Armed Robbery, Kidnapping during the Commission of a Felony, Aggravated Battery with a Deadly Weapon and Grand Theft.
