S.A.F.E. (Self-Defense Awareness Familiarization Exchange) Classes have been canceled due to COVID-19.

Self-Defense Awareness Familiarization Exchange

Who can attend?
Females who are over the age of 16 can attend this class. There is very limited physical
exertion, so most females of any age will benefit from this program.
What will I learn?
You will receive information that may help reduce the risk of exposure to violence and to help
familiarize yourself with the possibility of future physical training.

Osceola County Sheriff’s Office offers a SAFE class for Women Self-Defense Awareness course.

“If you were targeted for a violent attack, you are only guaranteed there will be one person there to defend you and that person is you… YOU are your best defense.”

The S.A.F.E. class for WOMEN is 90% awareness and 10% physical. SAFE application below, fill out and return to Angee Vega
