Bethzaida Garcia has a Master’s Degree in Counseling from Ana G. Mendez University and a Baccalaureate Degree in Social Work, Psychology and Education from Turabo University. Bethzaida currently work for the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office as a Public Relations Coordinator. She has served as an Executive Board Member of Help Now of Osceola and is an active member of the Executive Board Member of the Osceola/Kissimmee Hispanic Business Council and is part of the Florida Emergency State Resource Team. Bethzaida is a Certified Government Meeting Planner, Certified Protocol Officer, Assembly of God Minister, National Compassion Fund Executive Board Member and founder/Director of Life in your Hands a non-profit organization that has its roots in Domestic Violence. Bethzaida was selected from a nationwide pool of applicants and acceptance for this FEMA training is extremely selective and she achieved the designation of Master Public Information Officer and became one of the only 67 officer in the United States.
Bethzaida was nominated and recognized by the Department of Justice, by the Governor of Florida, Telemundo, Univision and other organizations with different awards and public recognitions as an exemplary leader that goes way and beyond to help the community.
Bethzaida has two beautiful daughters Summer and Beangely which made her the grandmother of Mattias.
