Osceola County, Florida - On January 8 deputies were conducting an undercover operation at the Publix construction site located at 2338 Partin Settlement Road in Kissimmee. The operation was being conducted because during the past few weeks, three burglaries had been reported at the site.
At approximately 11:30 p.m., deputies observed a black male, later identified as Patrick Bristol, walking through a building on the construction site. He attempted to manipulate the lock on the management trailer door and also tried to break the window to gain entry. After numerous attempts, Bristol left the area and was apprehended by deputies. Bristol had a backpack with him that contained tools. He was arrested for Unoccupied Burglary, Possession of Burglary Tools and Trespass of a Construction Site. Bristol was booked into the Osceola County Jail.
