OCIB Agents Locate 2 Grow Houses in Poinciana

Osceola County, Florida - On December 14, Osceola County Investigative Bureau (OCIB) agents located two grow houses in Poinciana after receiving an anonymous tip regarding possible illegal drug activity. Agents made contact with the homeowner located at 104 Carlisle Court. They located 35 marijuana plants and arrested Aristides Osorio and charged him with Cultivation of Cannabis. Based on this investigation, OCIB agents obtained a search warrant for 341 Chelmsford Court and located 17 marijuana plants and marijuana. Nelson Ladino-Rubio was arrested and charged with Cultivation of Marijuana.

The Osceola County Investigative Bureau is a multi-agency task force comprised of Osceola County Sheriff's deputies, St. Cloud Police Department officers and Florida Department of Law Enforcement agents who investigate vice, narcotics and organized crime.
