Osceola County, Florida - The Osceola County Sheriff's Office is advising the public about, Raymond Springer (DOB 2/13/63)), who is a registered sexual predator by the Florida Department of Law Enforcement and recently moved to a new address. He currently resides at 4741 W. Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway in Kissimmee. Springer was convicted of the following:
