On December 28 at approximately 10:02 p.m., Osceola County Sheriff's deputies were patrolling near John Young Parkway and Columbia Avenue in Kissimmee when they observed the driver of a Honda driving recklessly.

Osceola County Sheriff's detectives need the public's help in locating an armed robbery suspect. On December 28, Osceola County Sheriff's deputies responded to Pet Supermarket located at 4690 W. Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway in Kissimmee.

On December 22, Osceola County Sheriff's deputies responded to the area of 4245 Deer Run Road in St. Cloud. Upon arrival, deputies spoke with a witness who indicated she saw Troy Hixon throw his girlfriend to the ground and began shooting a shotgun around her.

On December 22, Osceola County Sheriff's detectives arrested Brent Thomas Galbraith and charged him with 280 counts of Domestic Sexual Battery. Galbraith was originally arrested in October of 2009 charged with four counts of Lewd & Lascivious Battery and one count of child abuse after a 13-year-old victim reported sexual abuse from a family member.

On December 22, Osceola County Sheriff's deputies were patrolling near the 4000 block of W. Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway when they observed the driver of a vehicle throw what appeared to be marijuana from the window and driving recklessly in the westbound lanes of Highway 192.

Osceola County Sheriff's detectives need the public's help in identifying armed robbery suspects. The investigation began on December 19 at approximately 10:54 p.m. when Osceola County Sheriff's deputies responded to McDonald's located at 8530 W. Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway in Kissimmee.

On December 19, Osceola County Sheriff's deputies responded to the Amber Inn located at 4624 West Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway in Kissimmee in reference to a suspicious incident. While conducting their investigation, deputies discovered there was a methamphetamine lab in room 118 which caused a minor explosion and some damage to the room.

On December 18 at approximately 11:01 p.m., Osceola County Sheriff's deputies responded to the area of 632 Royalty Court in Kissimmee. Upon arrival, deputies spoke with witnesses who indicated several neighbors were in the front yard of 622 Royalty Court when William Scott Clark, who lives several houses away approached them armed with a shotgun.

January 13, 2011 Session

The Osceola County Sheriff's Office has openings for a self-defense awareness program for women scheduled for January 13, 2011 at 6:00 p.m. Self Defense Awareness Familiarization Exchange or SAFE is designed to educate women on how to protect themselves if they should become a victim.

On December 14 at approximately 9:59 p.m., Osceola County Sheriff's deputies responded to a residence at Gardenia Road in Kissimmee. Upon arrival, deputies spoke with the victim who indicated she was traveling on the Osceola Parkway near Briarwood Drive when she noticed a black Ford F150 following close behind her.

Early this morning, Osceola County Sheriff's deputies arrested a suspect responsible for three residential burglaries in Harmony that occurred last night. At approximately 2:11 a.m., deputies responded to 7117 Red Lantern Drive in reference to an occupied burglary.

On December 8, Osceola County Sheriff's detectives arrested Luis Angel Guzman and charged him with Aggravated Child Abuse. The investigation began on December 1 at approximately 12:26 a.m. when deputies responded to an apartment in the Cobblestone Apartment Complex.

On December 7, Osceola County Sheriff's detectives arrested Miguel Angel Espiet and charged him with Armed Carjacking, Kidnapping, Aggravated Assault, Car Burglary and Grand Theft. The investigation began on December 7 at approximately 8:05 a.m. when deputies were responding to a suspicious person call at the Wachovia Bank located at 351 Cypress Parkway in Poinciana.

Today, Osceola County Sheriff's detectives arrested Alex Noel Velez, Judah Shadrach Peters, Shakur Daqwain Smith and Mylam Yaheiya Peters charged with Strong Arm Robbery, Robbery with a Mask/Hood, Battery and Petit Theft. The investigation began on December 5 at approximately 7:41 p.m. when deputies took a report near Monterey Road and Barrington Drive in Poinciana.

Osceola County Sheriff's deputies arrested Leonardo A. Ramos and charged him with Attempted Murder, Aggravated Battery, Aggravated Stalking, Armed Burglary to a Dwelling and Felony Criminal Mischief. On December 6 at approximately 9:40 a.m., deputies responded to a residence on Ashwood Court in Kissimmee.

This afternoon, Osceola County Sheriff's detectives arrested David-Israel Zenon Murillo (DOB 2/14/82) and charged him with First Degree Murder and Dealing in Stolen Property.

This morning at approximately 2:20 a.m., deputies entered the residence at 909 Yew Court and found the Celebration man who barricaded himself in his residence, dead of an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound. Late Thursday evening after more than 14 hours of negotiating with the man, identified as Craig Foushee, 52, deputies deployed tear gas into the house in order to gain entry.

Osceola County Sheriff's detectives have released the name of the Celebration homicide victim as Matteo P. Giovanditto, 58. Giovanditto was the registered owner of the condo located at 543 Water Street in Celebration.
